2009年10月10日，抗心绞痛新药尼可地尔的上市新闻发布会在第二十届长城会期间隆重举行。作为首个用于临床的ATP敏感的钾离子通道开放剂——尼可地尔，是以烟酰胺为基本骨架、同时具有硝酸基的化合物。与传统的硝酸酯类药物相比，不仅能有效控制各种类型的心绞痛，还可以显著减少心血管事件，改善病人预后。
